You:
Is following a HBO (Higher Professional Education) program (or Associate Degree) in the direction of Business Economics, Accountancy, or Finance & Control, or a similar study.
Has an interest in HR processes and personnel policy.
Works accurately and in a structured manner.
Has strong communication skills.
Can collaborate well.
Handles sensitive information confidentially.
Takes initiative and is proactive.
