A glimpse of your tasks:

• You will conduct independent research into the issue;

• You will analyze data and business processes to arrive at insights and recommendations;

• You will write a detailed report with concrete points for improvement and advice.

During this graduate internship at Van Oers, you will work within our audit practice and simultaneously work on a graduation assignment that you will shape in consultation with the team. We ensure that you get a good mix of daily practical experience and independent research work that fits your graduation question. You will participate with the team, support colleagues with client assignments, and gain experience in practice.

You possess willpower, analytical skills, and the ability to learn. You are accurate, critical, and possess communicative skills. Additionally, you can work independently and are not afraid to ask for help.

Furthermore, we ask:

• You are pursuing an HBO Accountancy degree;

• You are looking for a graduation internship starting in February 2027;

• Drive: you want to learn a lot and apply the knowledge you have already acquired in practice. In short, developing yourself on a professional and personal level.
