As a Sales Advisor, you are the point of contact for our customers looking for their ideal car. Whether it concerns the latest Renault and Dacia models or used cars, you ensure that your customers receive appropriate advice and leave the showroom satisfied.

You help customers find their dream car, listen to their wishes, and discuss the various possibilities we have to offer. You also look at the trade-in value of their current car and offer them a fair proposal. You are the advisor who brings out the best in the customer.

In addition to the sales process, you are responsible for a number of other tasks, such as:

• Preparing and elaborating quotations;

• Making calculations for the trade-in value of used cars and purchasing at the right price;

• Following up on leads via various channels;

• Achieving the set Sales KPIs and targets.

As a Sales Advisor, you are passionate about cars and customer contact. You have a commercial mindset and enjoy achieving success together with your team.
