The role

As a Rental Agent at Van Mossel Peugeot & Citroën in Amsterdam, you will ensure that everything surrounding our rental cars runs smoothly. No two days are the same, and your administration truly makes the difference!

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Rental Agent for Van Mossel Peugeot & Citroën to process the daily administration of our rental fleet. For our 12 locations and their customers, we have approximately 100 rental cars on the road, which involves a significant amount of administration!

What you'll do

Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Relieving and supporting the 12 locations regarding replacement transport;

  • Entering and registering replacement transport agreements;

  • Preparing invoices and ensuring their timely settlement;

  • Submitting and requesting ROB-Lease applications;

  • Processing traffic fines;

  • Maintaining the occupancy rate of rental cars in the Rentwise system and advising the organization on the efficient deployment of the fleet.

Requirements

Who are you?
To fill this position successfully, you find it fantastic to provide support to an organization in motion and you have top administrative skills. Additionally, we ask for:

  • MBO work and thinking level;

  • Full-time availability;

  • Strong administrative skills and being quick to master new systems;

  • You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible;

  • Full-time availability and residing near Amsterdam.
