You are following an MBO education (level 3 or 4) in tourism
You have a passion for travel and basic knowledge of various destinations
You have strong communication skills, are customer-friendly, and speak excellent Dutch
You can work well independently, but also function perfectly in a team

The role

Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for helping others make their dream holiday come true? Always been curious about how things work behind the scenes at one of the largest travel organizations? Then an internship at TUI Netherlands is truly for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and motivated intern to come and strengthen our team at the TUI Travel Agency. You will be working at one of our locations: Den Haag Groenmarkt, Den Haag Frederiklaan, Leiden, Leidschendam, or Wassenaar.

What you'll do

As an intern at the TUI Travel Agency, you are the first point of contact for customers who want to book their dream holiday. You advise, inspire, and ensure that every customer walks out the door with a smile!

Your tasks

You advise customers on travel destinations, accommodations, and other travel-related services
You prepare travel plans and quotes that perfectly align with the customer's wishes
You process bookings, changes, and cancellations in our system
You work together with the team to achieve commercial objectives
You build knowledge about various destinations worldwide, travel trends, and current developments in the travel industry
You assist with promotional activities and events
