CRM Campaign Specialist

Are you an organized and results-oriented CRM professional who gets energy from planning, coordinating, and executing impactful campaigns? As a CRM Campaign Specialist for the BeNe region, you will play an important role in realizing our CRM activities and ensuring that campaigns are deployed at the right time, via the right channel, and for the right target audience.

You will work closely with commercial, content, design, and technical teams and contribute directly to the success of our customer communication and commercial objectives. This is a great opportunity for a CRM professional who has already gained experience within campaign management or CRM marketing and is ready for a next step.

• You develop and manage campaign calendars that align with commercial priorities and business objectives and ensure optimal planning of CRM activities.
• You ensure efficient campaign processes and monitor the planning, progress, and quality of CRM campaigns.
• You coordinate with content, design, commercial, and technical teams to ensure that all necessary input and assets are available in a timely manner.
• You set up campaigns technically and execute them via various CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. In doing so, you develop in-depth expertise in our CRM tooling (Braze).
• You build target audiences and segmentations and ensure that campaigns are executed in a relevant, personalized, and effective manner.
• You translate commercial briefings and campaign needs into effective CRM campaigns and monitor correct execution from start to finish.
• You monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• You support stakeholders with reports, insights, and presentations regarding CRM results and campaign performance.

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience within CRM, digital marketing, e-commerce, campaign management, or a similar field.
• You have experience with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing or CRM campaigns.
• You are highly organized and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing oversight.
• You have an analytical mindset and know how to translate data and campaign performance into concrete improvements.
• You have experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or similar tooling. Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar solutions is a strong advantage.
• You are a strong collaborator and know how to effectively connect and engage different stakeholders.
• You work proactively, take ownership, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can sometimes shift.
• You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the larger commercial goal.
