Cloud Native Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, brilliant, and solution-oriented Cloud Native Engineer to work on complex cloud-native and containerization challenges, infrastructure as code, and high-quality technical implementations at organizations embracing cloud-native technologies.

As a Cloud Native Engineer at TrueFullstaq, you will work on a project or program for one of our clients. You will devise solutions for complex problems, including infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring, and deployment procedures. You can confidently make and defend architectural decisions.

In addition to your contribution to the technical implementation, you provide valuable input to architects, software developers, and management teams. For example, you share best practices and lessons learned to collectively arrive at the most suitable cloud-native solutions.

You are someone who hates repetitive work and loves automation. And, almost redundant to say, you understand and embrace DevOps principles.

• You have a background in development and/or operations.

• You understand best practices and patterns in software development.

• You have advanced (admin-level) knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments (CKA / CKAD certified)

• You have experience with CI/CD (you know the principles and can set up a pipeline from scratch).

• You have experience with infrastructure provisioning (such as Terraform, etc.).

• You have practical experience with a public or private cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• You understand distributed systems, including containerized microservices and highly scalable web applications.

• You are passionate about the community (you attend events and promote cloud technology both online and offline).

• You have experience coaching and mentoring junior engineers.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

• You live in the Netherlands.
