Do you want to not only manage complex customer environments, but improve them structurally?
At Truefullstaq, you will work on modern cloud, platform, and infrastructure landscapes for organizations that place high demands on continuity, quality, and technical development. You will be given the space to automate, improve standards, and influence technical choices.
We are not looking for an engineer who can already do everything, but someone with deep expertise in one domain, deployable in a second, and curious enough to continuously develop themselves.
As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, you are responsible for the continuity, optimization, and further development of complex customer environments. You look beyond individual systems: you understand chains, dependencies, and customer interests.
You handle incidents, changes, and escalations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure structural improvements. Additionally, you design and build infrastructure and platform solutions, improve standards, and initiate projects in the areas of automation, stability, and scalability.
This is a hands-on senior role: you advise and also participate in building the environments for which we are jointly responsible.
· Managing, optimizing, and further developing customer environments
· Executing complex changes and technical deliveries
· Resolving incidents and escalations across multiple technologies
· Realizing root cause analyses and structural improvements
· Performing and improving lifecycle management
· Recognizing and realizing automation opportunities
· Developing and monitoring technical standards
· Advising customers on risks, optimizations, and developments
· Coaching colleagues and stimulating knowledge sharing
· Periodically participating in the on-call service outside of office hours
You work T-shaped: in-depth knowledge in at least one domain, deployable in at least one other. Our most important areas of expertise:
· Linux & Middleware
· Kubernetes & Cloud Native
· Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
· Terraform, Ansible, GitOps
You do not need to master everything. We find a strong technical foundation, analytical ability, and motivation to grow more important.
More engineering, less repetition
AI first is not just a slogan for us. We use our own AI platforms and tooling for troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, knowledge management, and optimization. Not to replace thinking work, but to reduce repetitive work so that you have more time for analysis, engineering, and structural improvement.
As a senior engineer, you help further develop our AI solutions and working methods and translate data and AI insights into concrete advice.
You combine technical depth with ownership and customer focus. You:
· Oversee complex chains and dependencies
· Search until you find the real cause
· Take responsibility for quality and continuity
· Think beyond today's incident
· See opportunities for automation and standardization
· Can explain technical insights understandably
· Are a sparring partner and trusted advisor
· Help colleagues grow and share knowledge
· Connect people and prevent silos
· Follow market developments and translate them into opportunities
· Are willing to obtain relevant training and certifications
Do you largely recognize yourself? Then we would love to meet you, even if you do not tick every box.
We work hybrid: at least two days per week in the office for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation. You work together with engineers from different disciplines, experiment with new technology, and can make use of our homelab (including BMax mini-servers and MikroTik switches).
We combine technical professionalism with an informal culture. You get space to investigate ideas and exert influence on our services.
Our core values:
· We love our inner nerd

· We love to challenge
