An education in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology (preferably at level 3)
(Pre) Experience in rail infrastructure or technology
A great sense of responsibility and safety held in high regard
Flexibly deployable, periodically also in irregular shifts and on-call duties
In possession of a B driving license

About the company & team

As a technician at Strukton Rail, you are part of a fun and experienced team dedicated to a safe and reliable railway in Limburg. You work together with permanent colleagues and sometimes also with hired specialists or subcontractors, depending on the activities. At all times, as a Safety Culture Ladder 5 company, we hold safety in very high regard; we work safely or we do not work.

You are part of the maintenance team in the Limburg region, where we maintain the tracks for ProRail from South Limburg to Budel. Together with your direct colleagues, supervisor, and teams with other technical specializations, you coordinate the work. You also work closely with the supervisor, work preparer, workplace safety officer, and planner to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan.
What makes the work fun? That is the close-knit team, working outside a lot, and the variety in the technology you encounter, about which you can learn a lot.

In addition to your direct team in Echt, you are part of the larger Strukton Rail network: more than 3000 colleagues in the Netherlands work on sustainable infrastructure. A large team with a strong bond.
