Asphalt Paver Operator

As an Asphalt Paver Operator at Dura Vermeer Infra Asfalt, you are responsible for operating the asphalt paver and ensuring the smooth and safe execution of work on-site. You work together with a team of professionals to successfully complete projects. In the North Holland and Flevoland region.

Your tasks include, among others, loading and unloading asphalt, checking the quality of the material, and performing minor maintenance on the machine. Safety is always the top priority, and you ensure that all work is carried out according to the applicable guidelines and procedures.

As an Asphalt Paver Operator, it is important that you can work accurately and independently. You have an eye for detail and strive for quality in everything you do. Additionally, you are a team player who can communicate well and collaborate with colleagues.

• Demonstrable experience as an operator (preferably in infra or asphalt).

• In possession of driving license B (driving license BE and/or heavy driving license is a plus).

• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain this).

• You are flexibly deployable and enjoy working outdoors, including in the evening or at night if the work requires it.

• You work safely, accurately, and you have a true can-do mentality.

In accordance with the Cao Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a comparable position for which you are applying.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group E: € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.
