Become a Station Manager at SSP and manage multiple stores while growing both teams and results! Are you an experienced leader who maintains oversight in a dynamic environment? As a Station Manager at SSP, you are responsible for three Starbucks stores.

You lead approximately 26 to 40 employees and combine operational leadership with responsibility for people, quality, guest satisfaction, and financial results. You maintain oversight of the daily operation, manage your supervisors and teams, and ensure that the stores function efficiently and in a result-oriented manner. You translate the objectives of the Operations Manager into concrete actions and ensure that your teams know what is expected of them.

As a Station Manager, you ensure that your stores perform optimally both operationally and commercially:

• You lead three stores and approximately 26 to 40 employees; you coach and develop your shift managers, assistant managers, and other team members.
• You are visible in the daily operation, occasionally assist with tasks, and ensure efficient staff scheduling.
• You manage the development, performance, and employability of employees and contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of a strong team.
• You monitor the guest experience, quality, safety, hygiene, and compliance with procedures and brand standards.
• You maintain control over inventory, ordering, and other important operational processes within your stores.
• You analyze turnover, costs, staffing levels, and results, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into concrete actions.

• Ideally, you possess HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking levels and have management experience within hospitality, retail, or a similar dynamic environment.
• You have experience managing larger teams and preferably multiple stores or departments.
• You are strong in coaching leadership, know how to delegate responsibilities effectively, and stimulate the development of employees and supervisors.
• You have commercial and financial insight and can manage based on turnover, costs, staffing levels, and results.
• You are hands-on, maintain oversight, and know how to set the right priorities even during busy moments.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and are flexibly deployable, including on weekends and public holidays.
