Store Manager Trainee – Amsterdam (38 hours)

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn step by step how to lead a store. You will discover how to inspire a team, create a strong customer experience, and ensure that everything in the store runs smoothly.

Together with experienced colleagues, you will develop your leadership skills and learn how to achieve commercial results. You will be given plenty of room to grow, take initiative, and develop yourself.

You will:

• contributing to an inspiring shopping experience for our customers;
• learning how to present our products attractively according to our guidelines;
• analyzing sales results and goals and implementing improvements together with the team;
• supporting the daily planning of activities and staff scheduling;
• getting acquainted with recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development;
• following fashion trends and translating them to the shop floor.
