• Preparing dishes: You ensure that every order leaves the kitchen perfectly.
• Quality control: Applying FIFO and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of top quality.
• Hygiene and safety: A clean workplace and compliance with all HACCP standards.
• Collaboration and communication: Close coordination with the Kitchen Manager and the kitchen team.
• Responding flexibly to orders: Adjusting to customer requests where possible and working with a service orientation.
• Preparation and cleaning: Preparing the kitchen for service, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Goods receipt and control: Checking deliveries and ensuring correct storage.

• Have a hands-on mentality and get energy from a busy kitchen.
• Have an affinity with the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Hold hospitality in high regard.
• Are flexible and do not mind working varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Speak Dutch and/or English.
