• Education at MBO level 4, preferably in hospitality or catering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in hospitality, of which 2 years in a supervisory position.
• A positive attitude combined with a sharp eye for quality.
• Team spirit and the willingness to always make a difference together with the team.
• Valid proof of continuous registration in the Netherlands for the past 8 years (due to the Schiphol Pass).

What will you do?
As Assistant Horeca Manager, you are the engine on the floor who maintains calm and coaches the team to a higher level. Together with the Horeca Manager, you ensure a store known for the best service and genuine hospitality. From the first startup tasks to the final check: you keep a firm grip on things. In this versatile role, you are responsible for:

• Conducting job interviews and enthusiastically onboarding new talent.
• Motivating the team so that every shift is run with a smile and full of enjoyment.
• Supervising strict compliance with all HACCP rules and Starbucks safety protocols.
• Mapping out areas for improvement in work processes to increase efficiency.
• Sharing insights with the Horeca Manager regarding results and tomorrow's direction.
