As a Shift Manager, you are the engine behind a smoothly running store. You ensure that the team works together, the energy stays high, and the guests leave the door with a smile. Whether it is the lunch rush, an evening shift, or the tight closing of the registers: you have it under control.

• You coordinate and motivate your team during your shift.
• You start every shift with a short briefing: clear, energetic, and motivating.
• You distribute tasks, maintain the flow in the kitchen and on the floor, and jump in yourself where necessary.
• You guide and train new colleagues and help them grow.
• You maintain oversight: from register closures to orders and from hygiene to safety.
• You are the point of contact for guests and the team for questions or challenges.

In short: you are present on the floor, where it happens, at least 80% of your time.

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, hospitality, or retail.
• An enthusiastic, guest-oriented attitude - you make guests and colleagues happy.
• Leadership qualities: you dare to take responsibility and coach a team.
• Working on weekends and holidays is no problem for you.
• A team player with a positive attitude, but also strong independently.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
