Business Architect

• Experience with BPMN and Domain-Driven Design is an absolute must for you. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a plus.

• You can speak at executive level about strategy, but also with developers about data models.

• Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written, is an absolute must.

• Residing in the Netherlands.

You are not someone who merely monitors a schedule. You are the architect who draws the blueprint of how a company can work more efficiently, smarter, and more scalably. You fathom complex business domains and translate them into logical models that form the basis for our software solutions.

• Business Modelling & Analysis: You map out current and desired business processes using BPMN. You identify bottlenecks and design new, optimized "Value Streams".

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD): You define the domains and subdomains that form the basis of the technical architecture.

• You challenge the management and stakeholders of our clients. You don't ask "what do you want to build?", but "which business problem are we fundamentally solving?".

• Together with the product team, you determine where AI agents and automation have the most impact within the process architecture.

• You translate functional needs into a solid information structure and ensure that the solution aligns with the client's long-term strategy.

• You safeguard the integrity of the proposed solution during construction and ensure that business value always remains central.

• You get energy from abstract puzzles and can reduce complex subject matter to a clear process model.

• You have a background in Business Architecture, Information Management, or a similar role at the intersection of Business & IT.

• You do not need to code, but you understand the possibilities of modern cloud architectures and AI technologies (such as LLMs and agentic workflows).
