As Head Dispatcher, you have a key role in managing the dispatchers and monitoring the continuity of our services. Together with your team, you ensure an efficient and smooth service, where collaboration and trust are central.

You are the first point of contact for operational issues and ensure a fast and correct handling of alarm notifications, such as burglary, fire, and video notifications. In doing so, you direct patrol officers or call in emergency services directly when necessary.

Additionally, you deal with various tasks, such as opening and closing assistance and tracing stolen vehicles. When the center is busy, you will also participate in the shift, thus contributing daily to a safer Netherlands .

• You are flexible and available for irregular shifts
• You possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• You have a great sense of responsibility, show initiative, and are stress-resistant
• You are a certified security officer or dispatcher (BOCA), or have experience within the security domain (e.g., police, fire department, defense, or government) with at least 1 year of leadership experience
• You possess an MBO-4 working and thinking level
