You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, or Law, and at least five years of leadership experience within Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Food Safety.
You build relationships easily, communicate smoothly with various stakeholders, and know how to bring people along with your advice.
You are a mature leader who gives experts space to grow and knows how to coach, challenge, and further develop professionals.
You are analytically sharp and communicate clearly and persuasively, in both Dutch and English.

The role

As Manager Quality & Regulatory, you are responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products worldwide. You lead a team of eight specialists and drive the translation of quality standards, customer requirements, certification requirements, and laws and regulations into concrete quality and compliance frameworks for our products and breweries. In this key role, you combine leadership and substantive expertise. You are the go-to advisor for the breweries and business units regarding complex quality and compliance issues, effectively deploying your team's expertise. In doing so, you build not only strong processes, but above all a team that makes a difference every day. In this role, you are part of the QESH management team.

What you'll do

You lead the Quality & Regulatory team and create an environment in which people can grow, take ownership, and optimally utilize their expertise.
Together with the team, you are responsible for translating international laws and regulations into clear frameworks for our organization.
You are responsible for QMS and Continuous Improvement.
You drive risk management within the supply chain and maintain relationships with suppliers, certification bodies, and other external stakeholders.
You are a valued sparring partner for management, operations, and commercial teams, advising on quality, food safety, risks, and compliance.
