For our fast-growing pharmaceutical location in Sevenum (near Venlo), we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Associate Director Pharma Process (m/f/d). As Associate Director Pharma Process (m/f/d), you hold ultimate responsibility for both the strategic and operational management of our Pharma Process department. Together with your management team, you lead an organization of approximately 100 employees, divided across multiple teams and management levels.

You translate our Pharma Operations strategy into concrete results and ensure that our end-to-end pharmaceutical processes remain efficient, scalable, and fully compliant. In doing so, you play a key role in the further growth and professionalization of our organization.

• You hold the strategic and operational ultimate responsibility for our Pharma Process department and, together with your management team, lead approximately 100 employees within various pharmaceutical teams.
• You are responsible for an efficient, high-quality, and fully compliant end-to-end process regarding the processing of pharmaceutical prescriptions and work continuously on the further optimization of our Pharma Operations.
• You steer the organization based on KPIs, operational performance, and customer feedback, and translate these insights into sustainable improvements in the areas of quality, productivity, and service.
• You develop managers and teams, stimulate ownership, and create a culture in which performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central.
• You work intensively with departments such as Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to successfully realize strategic projects.
• You know how to combine operational excellence with a strong quality and compliance awareness and make well-considered decisions even in complex situations.
