As a Technical Product Owner within the Platform team at Realworks, you will help build a solid and future-oriented platform. This platform is the technical foundation that all our product and development teams rely on daily. You ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and flexible, so that teams can continue to build, innovate, and improve upon it.

As a Technical Product Owner at Realworks, you translate vision into real impact. You help build a platform upon which all our teams can innovate every day. You ensure that the technical foundation of Realworks stands strong, today and tomorrow. You translate input from stakeholders into smart and future-oriented solutions. Additionally, you switch between the big picture and the details: you translate architectural visions into epics, features, and user stories and flesh out roadmap themes into high-level designs. By leveraging new possibilities, introducing modern technologies, and stimulating knowledge sharing between teams, you simultaneously safeguard the cohesion between systems and teams. You maintain an overview of the complexity and ensure that everything works together smoothly.

• Prioritizing initiatives within the technical roadmap and monitoring cohesion;

• Collaborating with Platform Engineers, Product Owners, and development teams;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and introducing modern technologies and best practices;

• Organizing reviews and OpenMind sessions to involve stakeholders and customers.

• Affinity with creating technical visualizations and overviews;

• Experience with solution architecture, system design, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, DevOps, API design and integration, microservices, and event-driven systems is a plus.
