Requirements

Advise the business’s leadership on opportunities and risks, backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis
Build and maintain financial models that forecast performance and unit economics
Define key metrics, set SLAs, and build dashboards that quantify operational performance across internal teams and external partners
Design business intelligence tools that detect and diagnose performance issues across the operation
Systematically analyze the operation’s financial data to identify errors, trends, and savings opportunities
Perform deep analyses on large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear insights, hypotheses, and recommendations

Base salary: €50,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience)

The role

As Strategy & Operations Analyst at Qogita, you will sit at the intersection of insight and execution: your analysis directly shapes how the business operates and grows. You'll partner with leadership to tackle the company's highest-priority decisions, translating ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations with millions of euros of impact. This role combines the rigor of detailed, bottoms up analysis, with hands on company building at a face paced scale up.
