  • Coaches and guides colleagues, stimulates knowledge sharing, and helps build a high-performing team;

  • Works flexibly from client locations, EY offices, or home.

Additionally:

  • Do you have a master's degree with a strong affinity for IT and business, for example Business Information Management, Business & Innovation, Analytics, or a similar education;

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience with complex technology, implementation, or transformation programs, for example within consultancy, an insurer, a financial institution, or another large organization;

  • Do you have experience with large-scale implementations, such as core systems, digital platforms, migrations, integrations, and the entire testing and release process;

  • Do you have demonstrable experience in managing teams and realizing results within complex stakeholder environments;

  • Do you preferably have a form of certification in one of the following subjects: SAFe, TOGAF, and ITIL.

  • Do you command the Dutch language at least at a B2 level and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Do you want to make an impact on the future of the insurance sector, work on large-scale transformations, and help build a fast-growing Insurance practice within EY? Apply directly or contact us for an informal introduction.

Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based assessment that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences.
