The role

As a Relationship Manager at Practical, you form the bridge between the clients and our internal organization. You ensure that Practical's service is always integral and future-oriented and, together with your colleagues, you support clients in various areas. You get energy from helping entrepreneurs move forward and you see opportunities where others miss them.

You maintain good contact with entrepreneurs and various affiliated organizations. You delve into their challenges, translate figures into clear insights, and provide proactive advice. Whether it concerns growth, innovation, or efficiency: you think along, inspire, and show them the way.

As a sparring partner and trusted advisor, you ensure that the client remains central and that Practical's services align seamlessly with their wishes and ambitions. You have a direct impact on the success of our clients and enjoy working in a team where fun and development are central.
