Pedagogical Staff Member | Daycare and After-school Care Kampen

Your expertise and passion make you a true hero in childcare for ages 0-12. Ready to make a difference every day! Join our team as a flexible pedagogical staff member in Kampen and, together with the children, make every day a celebration! Working at Partou. Definitely not childish.

Are you an enthusiastic pedagogical staff member looking for freedom, flexibility, and professional growth? At Partou, we make that possible. In our Flex Team, you are the director of your own work week. You decide where and when you work, while you can count on the security of a contract and the support of a large, professional organization.

As a pedagogical staff member in Kampen, you will work at various daycare centers, after-school care locations, and toddler groups. That variety makes your work dynamic and educational. You will gain a lot of experience in a short time, get to know different teams, and develop yourself broadly within childcare. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes working as a flex worker so much fun.

If you choose a zero-hours contract within the Flex Team, you are choosing maximum flexibility. Via our employee app, you can easily provide your availability and choose the shifts that suit you. This way, you have control over your own schedule and can combine work with, for example, studies, family, or other activities. If you are available within the region, you will also receive an appropriate travel time allowance.

At Partou, you will work alternatingly at the daycare (KDV) and after-school care (BSO). As a result, you will quickly build a bond with children, parents, and colleagues and increase your pedagogical knowledge and skills. Whether you want to discover which target group suits you best, or you consciously choose variety in your work: in the Flex Team, you will be given all the space for that.
