Location Manager | KDV and BSO Etten-Leur

As a location manager at Partou in Etten-Leur, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

The three locations are spread across Etten-Leur. Sonate is a community school in which we work together with 2 primary schools and 1 special primary education school. Partou Sonate has a baby group, a toddler group with ECE, and an ECE group. Additionally, we have 3 BSO groups. A beautiful location in which we attach great value to the collaboration within the community school.

Location Markt is located in the center of Etten-Leur, where we have a baby group, a vertical group, and a toddler group with ECE.

Olympiade is our BSO, which is housed at the hockey club. Here we can make use of the beautiful clubhouse, 1 of the hockey fields, and the wonderful outdoor space.

The teams all have their own location but are also accustomed to working together. They are experienced teams with a diversity in age. The locations are easily accessible, whereby at Sonate you can park at the building. At Markt, we have parking space behind the building, and Olympiade is located in the parking lot of the hockey field.

For these locations, we are looking for a new location manager who has experience in leadership and can also provide good support to the teams remotely. All in all, you have a reasonably large team, in which you are supported by an experienced assistant location manager. Due to the different facets of childcare (KDV, BSO, ECE), you have a challenging position with a lot of variety, where for example you regularly join parent meetings and care meetings. You have a role within the ECE consultation in the municipality and must be able to effectively shape the collaboration within the community school and with the hockey club. In this way, you contribute to an inspiring environment in which every child can develop optimally and every team member works with pleasure.
