The role
As a senior locatiemanager at Partou in Haarlem, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.
About the location
You will join a large and lively location where every day is different. In Haarlem-Zuid, directly next to the Spaarne Gasthuis and opposite the Reinaldapark, you will lead the daycare center at Boerhaavelaan 32B. The location close to the city center and the highway makes this place unique and beloved by both parents and employees. As an experienced locatiemanager, you provide direction to a place where children are given the space to grow and discover.
Inside, the group rooms are fresh and bright, so that children quickly feel at home. Outside, we play on two large roof terraces where we run, cycle, and grow tomatoes. The very youngest have their own enclosed outdoor space. The surroundings are green and inviting, and thanks to the excellent cooperation with the hospital, this place feels like a close-knit community. Parking is free and public transport stops nearby.
We offer childcare in seven groups, provided by an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff. You will be supported here by an assistant locatiemanager. You lead this team, build an open and warm atmosphere, and ensure that everyone works according to the Partou values. You will be given the space to grow, together with a team that is ready for children and parents every single day. As a senior locatiemanager, you truly make a difference here.
