The role
As a locatiemanager at Partou in Spijkenisse, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.
About the location
As locatiemanager of BSO Jungle, you will join a large, dynamic location in the De Akkers district in Spijkenisse. A place where children get all the space they need after school to discover, move, and develop themselves - and where you, together with the team, can make a difference.
BSO Jungle is located in a spacious building on the Noordakker and features a large, enclosed outdoor area. Children can play, sport, and relax to their heart's content here. Inside, there are various group rooms, including a dedicated space for older children aged 8+, so that every age group feels at home. You will also find a creative studio at the location where the most beautiful works of art are created and where children can let their imaginations run wild.
As locatiemanager, you lead a committed team at a location with great potential. We are looking for an experienced manager who gains energy from an environment where development, quality, and collaboration are central. You are visibly present at the location, support colleagues in their growth, and work together to further build a place where children love to come.
Your working days will be determined in consultation and divided over four days per week, whereby presence on Friday is a fixed part of your schedule. A challenging position at a location where you can truly make an impact.
