• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month.

As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you gain practical experience with daily operations and team management within a hotel environment. You work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team and discover how different outlets work together to create smooth service and exceptional guest experiences. During your internship:

• You support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.
• You help coordinate team activities for smooth and efficient service.
• You support colleagues on the floor through guidance, training, and motivation.
• You assist with the planning, organization, and administration of Food & Beverage activities.
• You contribute to projects and initiatives of the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
• You gain experience in cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
• You help handle guest feedback and find appropriate solutions.
• You collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• You develop your knowledge of hotel operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.

• You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.

• You enjoy taking initiative and work both independently and well within a team. You have a passion for hospitality, Food & Beverage, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

• You have a guest-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments. You communicate confidently and remain calm in a dynamic environment.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• You are flexible, have an eye for detail, and are eager to learn.

• You are committed to providing attentive service and making every guest feel welcome.
