As a Self-employed Chef at NH Bussum Jan Tabak, you will be part of a passionate culinary team where quality, creativity, and hospitality are central. With your passion for gastronomy, you will contribute to exceptional culinary experiences and the warm, personal service that our guests love to return for.

• Preparing and managing dishes for à la carte service, buffets, events, and banquets.
• Independently performing mise-en-place and working according to recipes.
• Actively contributing to the creation of new dishes through your creative input.
• Responsible for managing orders, stock management, and daily planning.
• Supervising and working according to HACCP standards.
• Collaborating intensively with both the kitchen and service teams to offer guests a top-quality experience.
