nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for world travelers, business travelers, and Amsterdammers. The iconic building, pointing in different directions, symbolizes the melting pot of cultures that Amsterdam was, is, and always will be. You will find the imposing 91-meter-high building in the Zuidas, next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an authentic, enthusiastic, and proactive Duty Management Intern who gives every guest a "nhow experience".

During this educational internship, you will get to know all facets of the hotel industry. Initially, you will rotate through all departments and undergo training. After that, you will independently fulfill the role of Manager on Duty. You will be part of the Management Team and will be the first point of contact for guests. You will assist guests with various questions, requests, and complaints, and you will step in, if necessary, at other departments. You will know the hotel, your colleagues, and the guests like no other, through which your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management will be rapidly developed.

• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month based on full-time;

• Free online and offline training organized by our own Minor Hotels University Northern Europe;
