As Assistant Housekeeping Executive, you and the Housekeeping Manager are the ones who motivate and direct the team of Housekeeping staff. You ensure that guests have an "extraordinary" stay. Together with the Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for managing the daily operational tasks of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned properly.

The position includes leading and motivating the Housekeeping team, coordinating and controlling tasks regarding the cleanliness of rooms and public areas to ensure Minor Hotels quality.
