Community Management Internship

During this internship, you will get an active role in managing and engaging HEMA's online social media community in the Netherlands. Together with the team, you will ensure interaction with our followers, answer questions, and respond to comments in the recognizable HEMA style. To maintain an overview, you will closely monitor the sentiment on our channels and ensure that all incoming reactions are handled in a timely manner. An important part of your work is also selecting the best fan reposts and posting them on our own channels. Additionally, you will provide monthly reports used to evaluate the growth and sentiment of the community and to make areas for improvement visible. You will regularly have contact with international colleagues, with whom you will work together to establish HEMA's community as strong and engaged worldwide.

• You are following a higher professional/university education (hbo/wo) in the direction of Communication, Media & Communication, Creative Business or another relevant field of study.
• You are available 5 days a week from February 2027 for a working internship in which you can fully participate in the team (35 hours).
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You have experience in writing catchy and creative texts.
• You are flexible, proactive, innovative, and creative, and you understand which content works well on social media.
