Horticulture Greenhouse Worker

We offer you socially meaningful work in an ambitious organization. Naturally, this comes with appropriate appreciation. You earn between €2860 and €3520 gross on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) and a year-end bonus of 6.5%. You receive six weeks of vacation annually.

Are you looking for a challenging and varied job in the horticulture sector? We are looking for a driven all-round cultivation worker (32 - 40 hours per week) for our greenhouses in Roelofarendsveen.

This is what you will do

Within the Horticulture team, you will contribute to all occurring activities in our greenhouses, where the work is versatile, active, and varied and takes place within well-equipped and modern facilities. You combine accurate and careful working with physical activities, where it is sometimes necessary to roll up your sleeves.

You will work with a wide range of products, including vegetables, agricultural, and ornamental products. Your tasks include sowing, planting, and harvesting activities, crop care, and the maintenance of company equipment.

We work practically and result-oriented, with attention to crops and quality. After a thorough induction period, you will work a weekend shift a few times a year. We work a lot in teams, but also expect that you can work independently and take responsibility. Our team is enthusiastic and driven and works together to achieve the best results.
