Service Desk Employee

We are looking for a service desk employee (medior+/senior) for 36-40 hours per week in Roelofarendsveen, to start immediately.

As a service desk employee, you support our employees in using their office automation environments. You do this with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. You work together with three other colleagues from the service desk. You and your team are the face of the ICT team.

You handle first/second-line reports and requests from our TOPdesk environment. As a senior service desk employee, you lead and coordinate the team together with a fellow senior service desk employee. You do not only follow procedures. You also constantly test them against practice and suggest points for improvement. You are a coach and mentor to the service desk employees in your team. You transfer your knowledge, apply your experience, and thereby make the service desk team better. Additionally, you support end users and coach these colleagues towards self-reliance as much as possible. You support ICT projects, coordinate with the ICT policy manager and external suppliers, and carry out (basic) system administration tasks .

You have an ICT 4 MBO diploma. You have experience with and knowledge of:

• Windows 11 and Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID, DNS, DHCP.

• Microsoft 365, both from the user and administration side

• OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange and Teams

• Microsoft Azure

• TOPdesk

• VoIP

• Teamviewer
