Receiving Clerk – Seed Quality

• A completed MBO education (level 2 or 3)
• Basic experience with MS Excel and Word (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
• Good command of Dutch and basic knowledge of English
• A forklift certificate (or do you want to obtain this with us)

The Receiving department at Syngenta Seeds is looking for a motivated candidate for the following full-time position:

As a Receiving Clerk, you are the first link in our process. You ensure that incoming batches of vegetable and flower seeds are properly received, checked, and registered. Thanks to your work, we can be certain that only top-quality seeds go out into the world.

You will work in a friendly and engaged team of about 15 colleagues in our Seed Quality Processing Plant (SQPP) in Enkhuizen. No two days are the same: sometimes you are busy with quality measurements, other times with taking samples or processing data in our system.

• Receiving, checking, and registering incoming seeds
• Monitoring quality, such as moisture content and appearance
• Taking samples for quality inspections
• Working with systems such as SAP and Excel
• Thinking of and implementing improvements together with colleagues
• Working safely and tidily according to our quality standards
