· MBO+ working and thinking level with at least 3 years of experience;

· An administrative background, preferably in (commercial) insurance;

· The WFT-schade zakelijk diploma or willingness to obtain it;

· An open mind that enjoys working on improvements together with colleagues;

· Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

· Good Word and Excel skills.

We are looking for an administrative multitasker within the Insurance Operations Property & Casualty team for our office in Amstelveen. Do you love variety in your work? Does dotting the i's and crossing the t's make you happy? Then this position might be for you!

Together with the team, you are responsible for the management of policies, primarily in the field of fire insurance. You support the Underwriters of MSIG Europe by handling policy administration.

· You ensure the preparation of policies and the processing of changes;

· You ensure correct registration of policies and location data in our systems;

· You manage policies with an international character;

· You provide overviews and reports;

· You are the primary contact point for our customers on an administrative level, both via email and telephone;

· You are regularly in contact with colleagues from other departments (Underwriting, Finance, and Claims).

You are quality-oriented, work accurately, and have an eye for detail. You are analytical and enjoy working with numbers. You can work well independently but are also a true team player. Additionally, you are able to provide excellent service, both to our customers and to colleagues.
