With our Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) team in Boxmeer, you will get all the space to troubleshoot malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and continuously improve the machines. And very nicely: you work in a fixed weekday schedule, which means your weekends are basically truly yours.

For our location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in ensuring a reliable and efficient production environment. You are responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving our installations, so that processes continue to run safely and without interruption. With your technical knowledge and hands-on mentality, you contribute daily to the continuity of our operation. What makes this position extra interesting is the combination of technology, development, and impact. You will work with high-quality production machines and installations within a modern cleanroom environment, dealing with mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial automation. Additionally, you will get plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself through education, training, and guidance. Furthermore, your ideas are valued. Together with engineers and planners, you will work on technical improvements and smart maintenance solutions that further increase the reliability of our installations.

You work from Monday to Friday in a clear rotation schedule. This allows you to benefit from a good work-life balance and you are free almost every weekend.

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:30
• Day shift: 07:30 - 16:00

To ensure the continuity of our production, you will participate in an on-call service together with your colleagues. For any call-outs outside regular working hours, you will of course receive appropriate compensation.

This position offers a varied technical challenge within an innovative production environment, where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central and where your contribution is directly visible in the success of the organization.

• Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Performing preventive, corrective, and inspection maintenance.
• Performing work in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial automation.
• Realizing technical modifications and implementing improvements.
• Increasing the reliability, availability, and performance of installations.
• Supporting maintenance and investment projects.
• Guiding and managing contractors and external suppliers.
• Working according to GMP, safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
• Carefully registering work, findings, and maintenance activities in the designated systems.

• A completed technical MBO-3 or MBO-4 education, for example in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Control Technology.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Troubleshooting Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Technical Service Technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and an affinity for industrial automation.
• A proactive work attitude and strong analytical ability when solving technical issues.
• Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient English language proficiency for reading technical documentation and procedures.
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and working according to procedures.
• Willingness to work in shift work and participate in on-call services.
• A VCA and/or NEN3140 certification is a plus, or you are willing to obtain these through us.
