Senior Mechanical Engineering Advisor - Building Services

You provide direction to mechanical designs that make buildings comfortable, sustainable, and future-proof.

• You design and advise on mechanical installations within complex building projects, from concept to realization.

• You provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and monitor coherence, quality, and manufacturability.

• You act as a sparring partner for clients and strengthen our advisory role within integrated projects.

You work on diverse projects within the built environment, such as utility buildings, stations, and other technically complex buildings. You design and advise on installations for heating, cooling, ventilation, air handling, sanitary, building management systems, and control technology. You actively maintain contact with clients and fellow disciplines and contribute to the improvement and automation of work processes within the team.

You combine technical depth with oversight and leadership. You move smoothly between design, advice, and team guidance and take ownership of content and results. You communicate persuasively, dare to provide direction, and actively contribute to the development of colleagues and the field.

• a completed HBO or WO degree in mechanical engineering or similar;

• at least seven years of experience as a mechanical engineering advisor, designer, or engineer within building installations;

• experience with BIM-driven design and working with AutoCAD and Revit.
