As an Audit Supervisor, you are the driving force behind successful audit engagements. No nonsense, à la Crowe.

In this role, you will work independently on audit engagements for a diverse group of national and international clients. You combine professional depth with the management and guidance of colleagues. You are the connecting link between the team and the client, ensuring oversight, quality, and pleasant cooperation. A role with responsibility, substantive challenges, and room to further develop yourself.

• You are the natural connector between clients, your team, and internal specialists, and you take the lead on audit engagements

• You supervise audits with an eye for detail and translate client questions into concrete actions, focusing on quality and collaboration

• You coach assistant accountants and stimulate their development by sharing knowledge and providing direction

• You coordinate complex files and maintain oversight, even when multiple disciplines converge

• You communicate smoothly with internal and external specialists to achieve the best result for the client

• You play an active role in digital developments within audit, such as data science and smart tooling

• You communicate clearly and maintain calm and oversight, even during busy periods

• You have more than five years of experience in accountancy

• You have completed your Postmaster RA or are actively working towards it

• You have an affinity for international clients and do not mind traveling occasionally

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and like guiding colleagues

• You are a strong communicator and know how to manage expectations clearly

• Quality, compliance, and diligence are always your top priorities

• You are a substantive sparring partner for both clients and colleagues
