IT System Engineer

We are looking for someone with a completed ICT education at mbo (level 3/4) or hbo level and preferably at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You know your way around Windows PCs, servers, Active Directory, and Office 365. You are also familiar with Microsoft Cloud solutions. You speak and write well in Dutch and English. Furthermore, you are stress-resistant, eager to learn, think in solutions, and communicate easily. Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or logistics processes? That would be a great bonus!

For our IT department, we are looking for an IT System Engineer who helps our colleagues daily with smart, practical solutions. You are the very first point of contact for IT questions and play an important role in improving our IT processes.

As an IT System Engineer, you work closely with your team of four colleagues and the manager to continuously improve our IT services, and you focus entirely on helpdesk issues. In this way, you are the first point of contact for all colleagues and provide support with hardware, incidents, and the use of applications and systems.

Thanks to our uniform way of working, you know what to expect, and that makes things very pleasant. With your role within the team, you contribute to both job satisfaction and smart IT solutions. You also support or participate in projects and independently take on improvement processes.

Furthermore, you identify problems in the field of automation, whereby you proactively make improvement proposals regarding ICT.
