ROLE SUMMARY SHE-Q Advisor for heavy lifting and transport projects € 3,500 - € 6,000 gross per month (depending on experience) Location Terneuzen Safety is number one at Mammoet. In this versatile and challenging role, together with the other SHE-Q Advisors within Mammoet Netherlands, you will have a central role in the compliance and enforcement of our safety and quality policy. In this context, you coach and motivate our employees and subcontractors regarding their safety awareness and behavior. You will work at our Terneuzen/Nieuwdorp location. From here, projects are undertaken throughout the Zeeland region. Think of lifting operations in petrochemistry, but also transport projects in the port area of Vlissingen. No two days are the same. As a SHE-Q Advisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO You advise, train, and coach employees regarding operational safety questions. You participate in various SHE-Q related meetings, both internally and externally with our clients. You conduct incident investigations and assess the safety and environmental risks of our operations. You prepare various SHE-Q related reports and register SHE-Q related reports from our employees in the designated systems. You support management in the further development of our safety policy - to this end, you follow market developments and translate these developments into internal procedures. You guide both internal and external (customer) audits for your location. WHAT YOU NEED You have experience in a similar role, preferably in civil engineering, construction, renewable energy sources, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining. You have knowledge of and experience with SHE-Q regulations and SHE-Q systems. Minimum MBO working and thinking level, and in possession of a Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige (MVK) diploma. You speak fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Experience with heavy transport and lifting operations is a plus.
