Facilities & Warehouse Assistant

• You have completed an MBO-4 education, preferably in the direction of Facilities Supervisor or a comparable education;
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience within facility services, logistics, warehouse management, or a similar environment;
• You are administratively strong and work accurately;
• You have an affinity with computers, ERP, and purchasing systems;
• Experience with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus;
• You can work independently and take responsibility for your activities;
• You are service-oriented, proactive, and possess communicative skills;
• You are proficient in the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You are available for a full-time position.

Working hours
The department is staffed between 07:00 and 17:00. Working hours are distributed in consultation with the team.

A day as a Facilities & Warehouse Assistant at Eurofins Analytico

Your workday starts at 07:00 or 08:30 at our location in Amersfoort. Together with colleagues from the warehouse, reception, and technical support, you ensure that everything runs smoothly within our organization.

You begin the day by checking outstanding orders, stock levels, and notifications from our systems. Thanks to your overview, the laboratories know exactly where they stand and always have the correct materials available to perform their activities.

Throughout the day, you are responsible for placing and following up on orders via our purchasing system. You monitor stock levels accurately, maintain contact with suppliers, and ensure that deliveries arrive on time. A large part of the ordering process is automated, but you monitor the process, identify deviations, and ensure that any malfunctions or bottlenecks are addressed quickly.

In addition, you are regularly present in the warehouse. You provide support where necessary with processing goods, replenishing warehouses, and organizing incoming deliveries. Especially during busy moments, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves.

You are an important link between the warehouse, facility, reception, and technical support. Colleagues know to find you with questions regarding orders, inventory management, or facility matters. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude and organizational talent, the organization keeps running.
