The role

Do you want to play a key role in attracting and connecting talent to a leading international law firm? Linklaters Amsterdam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor - Lateral & Early Careers who guides both experienced professionals and students, graduates, and business professionals from the first introduction to onboarding.

What you'll do

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and executing recruitment for the entire Amsterdam office. This includes both lateral recruitment and early careers, for lawyers, tax specialists, (trainee-)notaries, and business professionals.

You will make an active contribution to the execution of our recruitment strategy and work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and various local and international stakeholders. You play a central role in creating a professional, careful, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process - from intake to onboarding - and thereby contribute visibly to the further development of our organization.

Your duties include, among others:
• coordinating recruitment processes (approximately 55 student interns, 10 Junior Associates, 6 business professionals (incl administrative support) and several laterals and legal secretaries per year) from intake to offer.
• managing talent pipelines and recruitment data in our applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday).
• planning and guiding interviews, assessments, and selection rounds.
• supporting sourcing activities (e.g., social media) and building talent pools.
• guiding student interns, including during evaluation and feedback meetings.
• collaborating with universities, student networks, and internal stakeholders, including during annual planning and the budget for recruitment, sponsorship, and (campus recruitment) events.

• using recruitment data and reports to improve processes and advise management.
• contributing to HR and recruitment projects at a local and European level.

You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable in an international, dynamic environment. You work carefully, think proactively, and know how to monitor multiple processes simultaneously.
