Finance is changing faster than ever. As a Finance Manager AP/AR at Kruidvat, you will get the chance to actively shape that change within the Finance Shared Service Center. With more than 1.5 million invoices per year, a complex financial and IT landscape, and a department of approximately 40 colleagues divided into three teams, you will be working at a scale where standard solutions are no longer sufficient.

That is precisely why this role goes beyond invoice processing alone. You will provide direction to a finance organization that works continuously on automating and optimizing end-to-end AP/AR processes. Through smarter use of data, digitalization, and process improvement, you will ensure that invoice flows run increasingly faster, more efficiently, and increasingly automated.

What will you do in the position of Finance Manager AP/AR?

• You are ultimately responsible for the AP/AR department within the Benelux and manage approximately 40 employees indirectly through three team managers.
• You ensure grip, stability, and predictability in the entire AP/AR chain within a complex Finance Shared Service and ERP environment.
• You drive performance and improvement by setting clear KPIs, priorities, and frameworks, and consistently realizing them.
• You safeguard and strengthen the control framework, including internal controls, audit requirements, compliance, interfaces, and reconciliations.
• You take a strong position as a sparring partner for Finance leadership, business, IT, and external stakeholders such as auditors and suppliers.
