ML Engineer

• A gross monthly salary of at least € 5216,- and € 7843,- depending on your work experience, based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday allowance

As an ML Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Developing end-to-end AI solutions, from idea to production.
• Identifying and realizing new opportunities in the field of Machine Learning, AI, and MLOps.
• Designing and building machine learning models and algorithms across multiple complex projects.
• Developing new AI capabilities for the business and analytical teams.
• Improving existing models and solutions.
• Actively sharing knowledge within and outside the team.
• Supporting colleagues in the areas of data science, engineering, and tooling.
• Working according to DevOps principles and taking ownership of your solutions.

As an ML Engineer, you play a crucial role in KPN's digital transformation. We are looking for someone who moves effortlessly between data science and engineering. You will work closely with teams within and outside the Data & AI domain and translate complex issues into scalable AI solutions. In doing so, you can count on the expertise of your own team and other AI specialists within KPN. You enjoy tackling both the data science and engineering sides of AI products and get energy from continuously improving existing solutions.

You are involved in the full lifecycle: from experiment and model development to implementation and management in production. You work in a multidisciplinary Data & AI team with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Translators. Together, you develop innovative AI solutions that contribute directly to KPN's strategic ambitions.
