Experience level: Mid / Senior

As an ML Engineer at Capgemini, you help customers extract maximum value from data by developing, implementing, and continuously improving machine learning solutions. You work closely with other data specialists and play an important role in the successful application of data-driven technology within organizations. Additionally, you will receive plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself, both technically and in leadership and personal growth, through the extensive learning and development opportunities of the Capgemini Academy.

Examples of activities:

• Developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models for business challenges.
• Deploying and integrating AI and ML solutions into the IT landscapes and business processes of customers.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and improving models in production to ensure performance and reliability.

You have:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with machine learning, data science, or AI engineering and a completed university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Excellent command of Python and relevant ML frameworks, supplemented by solid software and data engineering skills and experience with cloud platforms.
• Demonstrable experience with bringing models into production and managing them, including MLOps best practices for CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• The ability to translate complex issues into feasible technical solutions, advise stakeholders, and coach colleagues within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
