The role
You will be working within the Customer Delivery segment, in the Planning Improvement department. Together with seven colleagues, you will form the digital improvement engine behind the technician organization, with a specific focus on Field Service Management. Thanks to the short lines of communication within the team, you will directly see the results of your improvements in practice. You will work on smart solutions that increase efficiency, such as shortening travel times, reducing manual tasks in the dispatch room, and increasing the chance that customers are helped correctly the first time.
As an Improvement Analyst Field Service Management, you will work on improvements that are directly noticeable to both technicians and customers. The unique combination of data, IT, planning, and operations makes this role versatile and impactful. You will be given plenty of space and responsibility to take on improvement initiatives independently, work together with various disciplines, and make a concrete contribution to smarter, more efficient, and more customer-oriented processes within Customer Delivery.
The position combines process improvement with data analysis, with an emphasis on optimizing work processes and the configuration of the planning system. Using data, you will substantiate improvement opportunities and measure results. In doing so, you will work with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and various database environments. In collaboration with IT teams, English is regularly the working language.
What you'll do
- You will initiate and manage improvement trajectories and determine the key priorities for the short and medium term together with the team.
- You will translate data analyses and operational insights into concrete improvements in processes and tooling.
- You will work closely with colleagues in operations to identify and exploit improvement potential.
- As part of a BizDevOps team, you will work directly with IT developers on improvements, including via Jira stories and User Acceptance Tests.
- You will help further automate work processes and ensure that field service management systems align better with practice.
- You will coordinate with management, directors, and chain partners to translate policy and goals into actionable improvement initiatives.
Bedrijfsomschrijving
We will only consider candidates already residing in the Netherlands with a B1 level of Dutch.

In their own words
About the company & team
For the Planning Improvement department, we are looking for an independent and analytically strong data and process professional to help further improve our tooling and work processes. The weight between these two areas of focus will lie more on processes and tooling and less on data analysis (~75%/~25%). In this role, analysis is not the endpoint, but rather the starting point for concrete improvements in operations.
The position offers a lot of freedom to provide direction to improvement initiatives yourself. This requires ownership, structure, and the ability to work proactively with operations, IT, data experts, and management.
Additional information
Of course, as an employer, we also have a lot to offer you. This is what you get from us:
- A good work-life balance (such as 2 days in the office, 3 days at home, transition leave, exchanging a public holiday for a holiday of your religious or cultural preference)
- Home office workshop to optimally set up your workspace at home, including a mobile phone & laptop, of course
Our belief in technology is great. This becomes even more powerful together with human contact, which is why we would love to meet you!
