Manager Digital Organization Design

• Gross monthly salary between €5,085 and €6,230 depending on your work experience.

Digital transformation requires more than just new technology. Organizations must reinvent themselves to remain successful in a world where AI, platforms, and digital products are becoming increasingly important.

In this role, you help clients answer fundamental organizational questions. How should an organization be structured to realize its digital strategy? Which responsibilities belong where? How do you organize collaboration between business and IT? And how do you ensure that new technology actually delivers value?

You work on complex assignments for large organizations, for example regarding digital strategy, operating models, organizational design, post-merger integrations, and AI-driven transformations. In doing so, you analyze existing structures, develop new organizational models, and translate strategic choices into a design that is workable in practice.

You regularly interface with executives, CIOs, and COOs, combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach. You help clients not only in determining the right direction, but also in making changes concrete and implementing them.
Additionally, you contribute to the further development of our Digital Transformation team, share knowledge with colleagues, and collaborate on propositions and thought leadership regarding Digital Organization Design.
