What we're looking for

You have a technical HBO (Bachelor's) or Master's degree and 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably at an equivalent organization such as KPMG.
Your advice is well-founded and you think in practical solutions.
You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, analytical, and social.
You speak fluent Dutch and English.
You have an affinity with Identity & Access Management and possess result-oriented, proactive, and analytical qualities.
You have strong time management skills, function well independently in a fast and dynamic environment, and follow through on what you start.
You have experience with IAM platforms such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with open standards such as SAML, OIDC
You are familiar with role models, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle processes

Nice to have

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) and product experience are a plus.

The role

Are you an experienced leader in the field of Identity and Access Management and ready for a new challenge? We are looking for an IAM Manager with vision to strengthen our team and help our clients secure and optimize their digital identities. In this role, you are responsible for leading a team of IAM specialists and developing and implementing strategic IAM solutions for and with our clients. Your expertise ensures that our clients are always one step ahead in terms of security and compliance. What you'll do

As an IAM Manager, you will work on challenging digital identity assignments at our clients, together with a team of enthusiastic IAM professionals. You will be challenged to bring out the best in yourself, and to be innovative and entrepreneurial.

You have a sharp eye for identifying identity & access management issues and know how to determine and implement the best approach. Together with project teams, you work on the technical and functional implementation of leading Identity solutions such as IGA, PAM, or CIAM.

Together with your team, you optimize processes at the client and regularly share insights and new technologies during knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues. Occasionally, you give hands-on workshops and IAM training to clients, helping them walk through specific use cases or presenting the new platform.

Regularly, you draw up action plans and update project reports for your client.
