• Experience in a commercial inside sales or service administrative role.

• A strong affinity with technology;

• Experience within a technical environment.

• You work accurately, in a structured manner, and have strong administrative insight.

• You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, and possess communicative skills.

• You can work independently and know how to set priorities.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Experience with ERP or service management systems (such as Outsmart).

• Purchasing parts from suppliers and monitoring delivery times.

• Managing the parts inventory and identifying necessary replenishments.

• Processing service orders, work orders, and parts orders.

• Administrative processing of warranty claims, returns, and repairs.

• Processing and checking service activities for invoicing.

• Supporting service technicians with technical documentation, parts, and administrative handling.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and customers regarding the progress of orders and repairs.

• Acting as a second point of contact, alongside the planner.

• Actively contributing ideas for improving internal service processes.
